Submitting Bills to Non-EWBills Contractors

You cannot transfer bills electronically to a prime contractor that does NOT use EWBills – they do not have a way to receive it except via PDF or printed copies of the bills. And from the Company Master – on the contractor record – by clicking on the Link button to link to EWBills Entity List – you notice they are not on our list.
