Handling Non-Caltrans Equipment Rates

If you are working on a NON-Caltrans job or an Owner that does not use the Caltrans Equipment Rate Book – you can create your own equipment rate book i.e. PRIVATE or COMPANY or whatever and assign those jobs to use that rate book. Just keep the same assigned rate code (Class/Make/Model codes) with the newly assigned rates.
