So at this point you will probably not be creating an empty rate file - so do not check the checkbox. Just click on the Lookup Button
.
After you click on the lookup button, highlight the last current rate file and click Copy
The copied file of the exact size and timestamp will show up.
Now click on Rename and a window will pop up with the temporary file name.
Change that name and click on the Rename in that popped up window.
Now with it selected, click on the Select button.
And you should see this.
Time to update the rates for that new Labor Rate File Registry.
