We will highlight the last current Rate File EWLR17 in this case and click on Copy,

Then you update the Start Date, End Date, and Description to reflect the new information. In the description, if only a specific trade changed then you probably would want to note that to show that this change was for them - i.e. TMS Changed can be noted.

Please, Please, Please - Make sure that the Start Date is the day after the previous End Date -- NOT the same date, not overlapping or underlapping dates.
