2. Jen: From last month - What is the file size limit on transfer of the zip file?
Answer: No larger than 50 MB. If your file is larger or you have multiple files, wait till you get your submittal notification email and REPLY ALL and add the attachment(s) to that email.
3. Deon: Can I import labor and equipment charges in the order it comes from HCSS HeavyJob instead of alphabetical order of the IDs
Answer: Thanks for asking - we have programmed that option for you to use now. The default will be to sort IDs alphabetical but you can change that now.
4. Vince: How do I add equipment not listed? I tried to add a bore rig, but when it comes to the part of adding class, make, and model, it doesn't let me add any info and says "To Be Determined" to the right. I don't see where we add rates either. It's under Augers, Horizontal in the rate book [AUGHZ]. Make is Ditch Witch, model is JT-20. I'm not sure where the ID info is, but the description would be Bore Rig.
5. Briana: Is there a way to see the billing total (and/or payment total) without running the full Billing Status Report?
Now I'd like a report without all the detail. Now Can I filter if I just want cco 1, 4, 7 for example.
Those numbers were arbitrary, I just wanted them to not be consecutive

Additional Information: Put the OLD Model code into the Alternate Model code and then select the new rate codes by using Quick Filter.

1. Chris: I have a job with over a 1,000 T&M tickets. Is there a way to enter the ticket number without having to sift through the various tickets? What I do is put them in order and then find the one I need
2. Joanna: When typing into the location (Locator) box I often find a delay in the numbers
3. Destiny: What is the best way to resubmit a bill I have edited? Should I change it from bill 1.0 to 1.2 to prevent duplicare? or rejection?
4. Chris: When looking for a rental unit, is there a way to go to a specific piece of equipment without having to scroll past all different pieces of equipment? (This is when selecting an equipment item for an equipment charge)

We only use the payment option for caltrans. On private I like to use that as the cover sheeet,
but I dont like all the columns - perform date, report date, total amounts -
sorted by change order ascending order. And can I save as a global report for all jobs?

Rubia: can you do something similar with the aging report? Filtered showing jobs with 90+ aging only
