Friday November 26 (day after Thanksgiving) - Existing System will be shut down at 5am and planning on an afternoon startup of the new system - will send out an email notification for start and end of migration process.
NOTE: It appears the recording got frozen on the initial screen and never showed the activity after.

Here we shared our thoughts about this possible change of source for equipment rental rates for extra work billing. We appreciate those who participated and shared their experience, questions, and comments with all of us attending.

We would like to encourage you to look into the impacts of this possible change and let Caltrans know how it will affect your business positively or negatively.

Here we introduced the beta testing to all active users interested in checking it out and we asked for written feedback so we can address anything that is brought to our attention. Totally appreciate all constructive feedback - good or bad.
