EWBills Freeze Up

We have had reporting by a few people that EWBills would freeze up on them while they were working - so not an inactivity or idle timeout. We tested that they were still connected so we started our detective work with that and discovered that using the ALT key i.e. Alt-Tab to switch to other applications, or holding down the ALT key longer than normal, or some activity switching from EWBills to another application. Some reported working on Payments at the time.

 

We did a little surgery trying to bypass a behaviour that might cause this problem from what our development software vendor provided us and reports back that either the freezing has ceased or are way less now. So any further hints would be appreciated till we get this mystery sorted out. Thanks for your patience and assistance on this!
