The hours entered in the system with for RT/OT/DT hours, with or without Non-Use Equipment Codes or Employee Attendance Codes, greater then 8 or 16 hours, even zero hours timecard records -- will all be transmitted to the PBM in the XML file format. The PBM will assess the data and only allow in or will manipulate the hours as needed to fit the billing guidelines for different job setups in EWBills.
