Employee Setup

For Labor ID, select either Employee Code or Payroll Code - whichever one matches the Employee ID used in EWBills.  Depending on how close they match you may need to adjust the codes in one of the other program. A match is needed to do proper lookups.

    In the Employee Setup - make sure to have the proper code in the column selected. Notice John Adams day and night rate code in HeavyJob and the regular employee code for EWBills via the Payroll Code.

   

 

NOTE: If your payroll code is just the numeric number and EWBills has the AlphaNumeric (LLLN###### = Last Name Initials + First Name Inital + Employee Number) code - then there is a possible configuration adjustment that could address your situation in the PBM Setup - refer to the PBM Setup section.
