ACQUIRE - Pull export file from local computer location up to EWBills Server
EVALUATE - Run analysis of the exported file for data integrity and allow user to address identified issues detected such as duplicates and inactivated or missing lookups.
IMPORT - Import exported XML data into PBM as Pre-Bills and Charges to comply with owner and job rules
PREPARE - Allow user to add and adjust bill information as well as exclude pre-bills and charges before transferring into EWBills
TRANSFER - Transfer adjusted Pre-Bills directly into EWBills instead of manual input
EWBILLS PROGRAM (EWBILLS) – Nice Touch Solutions, Inc.
Work with new Bills in EWBills to process for payment
