The initial setup is important - normally it is a copy of the Caltrans rate file then rates are modified for each of the used Class, Make, Model rate codes for your company private or job rates.

 

There could be other setups to accommodate Blue Book - please inquire about that setup because it could be a little tricker but doable. Make sure you have a EquipmentWatch account to generate your fleet rates. We would need to see that in a spreadsheet format to help.
