Technical Support is to help our users thru issues experienced using EWBills or deliberating strategy on how to approach intended outcome.

 

Companies do have turnover and staff changes and therefore employee training may be needed. If needed we have scheduled 2 hour online remote sessions to cover topics like setup, billings, electronic submittal, reporting and auditing. Or cover a checklist of questions. If interested - book a date and time. Presently we offer this for only $300 and you can have many users at the other end as you wish.
