File Transfer Subcontractor to Prime Contractor

Contract Number must be identical in the Job Setup in both the prime contractor and the subcontractor Job setups.
         

         
 

Both the prime contractor and subcontractor Company records must have the LINK button clicked and the correct EWBills User company be selected. For Caltrans jobs, subcontractor needs to be on the Caltrans Contractor Organization Lists to get paid and not to have bills rejected.
         

         

         

         

 

The bills sent to the prime contractor must have valid CCO setup on both sides.
